For mail-in orders, Money Orders or Cashiers Checks are preferred over personal or company checks to expedite the shipment of your order. Orders paid by personal and company checks will not ship until which time the check has cleared our bank.
• Lost Shipments
We are not responsible for lost, undeliverable, misplaced or stolen items once your order has been shipped and placed in the hands of the United States Postal Service. The option of purchasing insurance is offered and recommended. Refunds for nondelivery of items will be on a case by case basis at our discretion.
• Technical & Product Support
Technical Support is only provided to those who have purchased their products directly from TheLazarGroup. Support will not be provided for products purchased elsewhere or without a valid order number.
• Returns
If you are not satisfied with your The Lazar Group purchase, we offer our money back guarantee on any order returned within 10 days in new condition (no wear and tear), with CD-ROM seals and/or original tags still intact. You will need to contact us first for a Return Authorization number before arbitrarily sending your products back to us. We will immediately issue a refund (less postage) or offer you a replacement upon receipt of the original product for verification of its condition.
Items return without notice and without a Return Authorization number will not be accepted.
• Shipping & Handling Fees
All U.S. orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail.
Our system will display the actual S&H to you based on your choice before you finalize your order. - Most orders ship within 48 hours of their receipt (M-F). If items are backordered we will note our anticipated ship date in your order history account which you can log into 24/7.
• Phone & Fax Orders
For inventory control and credit card authorization purposes, we do not accept phone orders that are not first placed online through this eStore. Our eStore system walks you through creating a printable order you can then fax to us or call us on the phone to provide your payment information. Once you place your order through our system, you will be provided the appropriate phone numbers at that time.
• Mail-in Orders

Add the items you would like to purchase to your cart and then go through the check out process. Choose "Send Payment / Money Order" as your mode of payment. Our system will then create a printable order with all the information you need to send your order our way.
Orders paid with personal or company checks will not ship until which time the check has cleared our bank.
Upon receipt of your order and payment information including your Certified Check/Money Order or Credit Card info we will immediately process your order for shipment and confirm it is on its way with a personal e-mail.
